...There is no pressure of work as such, given you are coming and going on time. You get salary on time, no matter what.

Dislikes

NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE! You have to work 6 days, 8 hours on weekdays and 9 hours on Sat-Sun. Senior leadership is the worst. As long as you are working, no one pays head to HOW you work.

Compared to other companies of similar business, Jamboree pays good salary.

The company has a lot of scope for improvement. As it is well established, top management is reluctant to change. They think they are the best, especially Aryama dutta Saikia. She manages the entire company. Though her spoken English, body language and way of dealing are ridiculous, she feels herself the best. She is a crazy woman. - No proper training. Simply watch videos and become a tape recorder. - cannot question or suggest the management for improvement. If u question, Aryama will show u the worst. - Aryama considers herself as a wonder woman and puts finger in every matter. She lacks introspection. Very rude and political. She should have joined politics in fact! - hectic work. 9 hours of teaching daily! - No guidance for self improvement

... The company cared for all its employees across India during the covid era of 1.5yrs & credited back the salary deductions done during that period for all applicable employees.

Being a former employee I wouldn't elaborate more than what I have already said in the above answer.

...Got to learn a lot of new things. 2) The upper management is very cooperative. 3) Salary is always on time. 4) Extra compensation on taking early morning or late night batches. 5) Good appraisals if you're sincere and smart working.

1) Internal politics (pretty common in almost all the organisations).
