Quant department lead - Mr Amit Goyal is a co-operative man and believes in quality driven but is way driven by emotions and rigid processes of the company, rather than servicing students with quality.

1. Dead HR department, Ashima ma'am is as good as EA of the founder. They are just of no use and lack basic skills. 2. Students arent priority - Where other institutes are able to gauge students need, they are stuck with their 1990 processes and renovate their processes as and when they want. That explains their falling numbers in the market. 3. Faculty IQ - Faculties are trained to be ROBOTS, MAYBE it works initially but not in a longer haul. In a span of 10 yrs of my working journey have not seen a Pathetic company like Jamboree is. Job security don't know why its rated that high every day counts with a uncertainty as you can be asked to leave at any moment of time. Have just to stick to plans outlined by top management not adaptable to new ideas and implementation, fewpeople of top management thinks they know your territory better than you, even if they are not aware of the capital of your state (Happened with me in one interaction). HR is a tortoise its been 2 years I left still haven't received my experience letter rest you can imagine. 1.Learning new skills is very limited. 2.You cannot put your ideas for the company. 3.Hr team is not quick process is very slow once you join that time they are little active. 4.Job security is major a concern.

Post June-23, it won't be more than 2 stars on all 3 parameters. Jamboree provided an independent approach & allowed one to grow & learn. Applicable till June 23. Everything was good about Jamboree till June-23, when the original CEO exited. Things went downhill in all departments since then

Except for student servicing, employee orientation has been tossed out of the window. It is a out & out hire & fire culture.
