There is zero work-life balance. 9-10 hours of office 6 days a week. All weekends working. In fact, all festivals and national holidays also working. Rarely, do we get a proper day off even for festivals. The rate of people quitting the company due to physical and mental burn-out is a joke. People here eventually become super-stressed and most of them end up having personal and physical health issues after some time. Forget about family time. Management makes new people work a lot. Lot of workload and expectations. Person is expected to give a good class even when the training is also not properly completed. Worst organization work can work for. They do not care about students, only care about money they give them. Faculty is forced to teach in a particular way without any scope of creativity. Worst managers, impolite human beings used to work and so jealous of others. The worst experience ever.
