Staff is good, Policy and Salary Average.

Dislikes

Focus less Management. Directors Behaviors like King of Country. No much benefit for employee. Low salary scale for lower level staff and increment also not good (appros 7%). High staff turnover. Heavy work load. (Still my 10 days (1-10 Nov'17) salary unpaid from company after fulfill all responsibility after resignation period)
