In last 4 months, there is not a single day i reached at home before 8pm. Office culture is very cosmetic culture. Work life balance is not at all in this brand. Even on 15 August holiday, i was asked and so worked in office till midnight. (can check attendance and cameras). Absence of reliable automation results in everything manual. They confirm jobs to interns and take 11hours work regularly from them. Problem is arrogance and blind rigidness f employees, part of this company for years and still part of system. I feel sorry for this brand, as i will be leaving asap. Will never recommend this company to any of my friend to join as an employee....Read More
