The superiors here are very of "Favouritism", they are biased about the people who hover around them and laugh at their worst humor. Work is also assigned based on partiality, no transparency in communication. If you want to get your job done just run behind Ananthlakshmi, if you don't follow her orders blindly, and try to show your individuality, you are labelled as arrogant and no good clients are assigned to you, your hardwork is completely ignored and go unnoticed....Read More

What I love about working in JAA is the constant support given by HR Ramadevi mam and manager Yashaswini mam from joining to last date. Even when I left JAA, HR helped me in smooth transition and she was ready to help me at any time with all the procedures after I left the company.

-Must improve appraisal cycle process -Need more training sessions relevant to work -Heard very bad reviews from my colleagues especially girls about accounts advisory partner and how that dept works

Partners are very friendly and polite. Especially Yashaswini mam, who handles accounts department - she has immense patience levels and always guides in right direction. I feel overwhelmed to work with her over 5 years and which led me to potential growth in my area of work. Flexible work hours and healthy work environment.

Nothing to guide them, Partner are very clear on their vision and path for reaching it. Overall nice working experience

Great place for growth and exposure. No micromanagement. I'd worked at the firm for around 2 years, had an impressive exposure to good set of clientele and projects. Easily approachable Partners. The firm keeps trying to innovate and bring in the latest tech.

Not a dislike for me- but if I must say the firm is a tough place if you're not proactive and don't take ownership.

Partner mindset that has newly changed and an ignorant manager who just pitches in to take credit and with no real inputs... Problem is that the partner blindly trusts this manager who is taking the partner for a ride.
