Culture isn’t so good as some managers didn’t want to work they just want that all the work should be done by us. Politics is really high between old colleagues. they just gives a penny in the name of increments even if company is growing well. Less growth and opportunities. No fixed time of return from work.

Those who are at age of retirement superiors keep pressurized to leave JB. CIPLA point of View- Ciple people are from general class and old JB people are ST/SC. They don't want to work at ground level they want just numbers.
