Apart from one team there are good culture.

Dislikes

Obviously they promoted a lot that didn't fire any employee in COVID but check now there very high firing without giving any warning.

Company is very helpful at the time. Given WFH till Dec'20 for employee health and providing assets to work smoothly at home. Working environment is excellent at work place. Culture to celebrate every single achievement at work.

Working on too many projects and too many responsibilities are given to an individuals.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
