The environment made by supervisors and managers are really really tough to manage. Apart from 1 hr break (in that break hour too they wants you to work) you cant even sit idle for 5min as they will already load you with so many other tasks which is not even mentioned in your empl. letter and you cant even complete that in a day with your normal (process) work. Almost WFH (for agent level) so you cant even do 1 o 1 because they will niether pick your calls nor give you any meeting schedule even after request over request. What is mental harrassment you will learn and feel here! But yes, if you are a shoe licker or a party pooppers, its your job/company....Read More
