Toxic work culture. Manager doesn’t know T of Technical. Just check their education and experience, they doesn’t have any experience into recruitment. Their English is below average. There’s no learning or growth in the company. It’s a shop not at all a company or corporate. Cheap and Vul gar language used in the office no matter there’re girls sitting too. Too much Favouratism. there is nothing to like in iXceed. They don't give appraisals, no RNR, NO Trips, no Annual function, no culture, Yogita and Pawan have ego problems. They believe in hire and fire. If you don't have PO in 3 months they fire candidate. They don't even know the process of recruitment. I worked more tahn 1 year but its really toxic to work there. They ask to sign Bond which is illegal in India now. they are hiring recruiter max in 30k and manager in 6-7 LPA and think all employees as Labour....Read More
