I have so many things to say. 1. Only if you know to call and butter the Manager and TL, you can have a settled life in the shit. 2. I would mention two persons: Savithri(Team lead for an Automation QA Team) and Selvakumar(Manager). They come from a Manual and Performance team background and have 0 knowledge about Automation QA. They don't even try to learn the basics of Automation and lead the team. 3. They just dump our entire team for their 0 knowledge. They just built up to other teams saying that we are torturing her. But, the actual fact is that she doesn't know anything. 4. There won't be any appreciation or recognition for your work. 5. You don't even want to work if you know how to butter your Manager and TL's foot. 6. I worked there for 3 whole years, thanks to the first team I worked who taught me what Automation is. Without that, I would have not been there. My heartful gratitude for that beautiful soul. 7. Between my 3 years of experience, I did;t receive any promotion, hike, or appraisal. They don't even send you gifts for Diqali or pongal. Such a poor environment. 8. You will be in the same place, you will be doing the same work in the loop mode. So, no career growth. 9. Your ideas and knowledge will be accepted if you say that your TL and Manager are wrong. 10. Only once I asked my TL(Savithri) to appreciate our work. She just dramatically gave negative feedback about me and my Manager will shake his head for everything she is saying. 11. They both are not fit to be in thatir designation. 12. The organization is full of politics starting from HR, EM, Managers, TL, till the security. A lot of partialities. 13.
