Not a secure job, all post are on the contract basis and there is no guarantee of regulations of post.

Dislikes

There is no career growth in the company. Management is not good there they recruit employee on contract base with very low salary. After completion of contract period the management extend the contract period instead of regularize.

Likes

Job security.But it is equally good for officers and workers.So it is really difficult to get work done and maintain time punctuality.Also union had a strong role in spoiling the administrative capacity ,specially middle management which is improving with reducing man power.

Dislikes

Politics,Poor work life balance and negative role of union.It is time to amend the labor laws.

All programme and progress depends on govt.for carrier point of view permanent job shall be rare as govt wants to reduce manpower to around 2500 only. For manpower required can be hired on contact basis.

Dislikes

Salary based on 5th pay commission. No revision for 6th pay commission also 7th pay commission not sure being loss Making psu.management do not reward hard working personnel .

This is a very good place where one can learn a lot. Administration is superb, welfare amenities are plenty. One has no problem in commuting to ITI and back as there are timely pick-ups and drops, and one need not worry about food, snacks etc as there are full fledged canteens. ITI trained personnel are preferred for job outside. Training imparted on various Management related courses are excellent . There is job security, career growth. Work environment is too good.
