Job security is not there whenever management decides to layoff an employee they do in the spot without any prior notice there are no disciplinary policies the policies only exist in offer letters they can change the terms and conditions anytime. last-minute meetings are conducted no matter what situation you are you are threatened to join or else you lose the job, sick leaves have to tell management in advance in order take leave who on the earth expects a sick a day before. employee has no right to say or comment on employee benefits....Read More
