Unhealthy work culture takes a toll on your health, both mental & physical. The management is bit exploitative especially for their employees in India - rigid rosters, endless night shifts for a year, in-operative line managers, They won’t take a stand for you ever if need be. No growth trajectory or clear career prospects - zero mentorship or training programs. In short they expect Indians to work like donkeys without considering them for leadership positions. If you ever raise your concerns with the management, they’ll find silly reasons to frame you and compel you to look for jobs elsewhere. It’s surprising as to how Indian government support expansion of such companies. No match ever with Indian IT honchos such as WIPRO, Infosys, HCL etc. It will be a waste of time and years if you end up working here. The company lacks proper management and often faces internal conflicts between the Chandigarh and Noida offices. As a result, employees end up bearing the brunt of these ongoing tensions. If you are aligned with a good client somehow you will manage things but if you didn't get a good client please kido resign, prepare for a better organization they will harass you mentally so bad and lastly put you in that sort of situation where they will ask you to leave.

Dislikes

Management would not support you not even the senior managers or regional manager. They will act nice but they are just busy in making money, pampering clients and on any situation you are going to be the culprit they would not confront client in any way if there are certain issues.

Everything is good up and very good for learning prospect as their is so much to learn here . Seniors are also good and supportive and never have a micro managing culture here .
