Its a good company to work with except a few things that are listed in the dislikes section

I left them with proper notice and all the rituals. When i resigned neither did my manager nor the HR informed me that the organisation i am leaving them for is a non compete for them. Neither did the new organization that i joined told me that. 1 month later they sent me a "Cease and Desist' notice. They legal associate who sent me this does not pick the phone almost all the times and they are not willing to answer my queries. They witheld my full and final illegally and it has not been settled yet. This is just the same saga with the people who resigned and then got the same notice from them. Absolutely not a recommendation and i still wonder how they got GPTW because this organisation is not employee centric at all and can below the line to cause as much distress as possible. They had almost 12-15.employees leaving them because of the various reasons and when some of them tried to revoke their resignations IT BY DESIGN refused. I have all the proofs. The only thing I like working here is flexibility to work from home at least for now. Also, their senior management try to pamper their employees and make them feel important; however it is all verbal and nothing useful in terms of benefits.

Dislikes

Little to no monetary benefits. Annual appraisal is inadequate. I say this because I got just 10% even after being one of the top performers. The training sessions that they afford is not more than 100 level which is extremely basic and is usually not sufficient to cater to industry issues so you can only rely on self-research and knowledge<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
