Likes

The management is so approachable and has made it an important point to have a flat hierarchy throighout the system. The CEO Nibhrant Shah, the directors and chairman all have a People First attitude and this has driven Isprava to be the market leader it is today.

Dislikes

It is too comfortable a company for all kinds of workforce, for the ones who like challenges and a fast paced environment and also for the ones who prefer the other way around. This should stop and the management needs to be very aggressive.

Office timing 5 days working Good company for them who don’t have any career aspirations and ambitions in life and they just want to passing the time.

Dislikes

Seniors are non-supportive Neither they trust the team nor their knowledge or skills … compromising attitude on Quality. No value of your opinion if you don’t align with your seniors. Not giving your incentives at the end of the year. Too much meetings and majority people are from irrelevant industry.

Senior IT person directly threat to me I saw you front of manager but he always support to lovely person. And arrange one call for warning I am not working with discipline. 20 min for lunch, don't use phone. No future planning how expanding company security.
