That's like a factory I would say no job security at all they have a so called international process which a pure customer service according to HR but once you'll hit the floor you'll get to know that the process is all about sales and if you don't meet the sales target ( Upsells) for consetively 3 months they gonna fire you Work pressure is on top of you're in chat then you have to handle average 12-16 chats at a time with proper quality and have to convert sales as well...Read More
