I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Excellent work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. The company’s policies are very good appraisal is fair and Excellent salary hikes and bonus every year

The job was very challenging and interesting. I got a chance to wear multiple hats such management in trade operation marketing and resources mobilization, syndication which helped me to be involved in many capacities of management and team leading.
