Nothing to like. They create lots of hype in social media but actually they are traditional LALA company. The owner has ill mentality to demean others and treat them as 20th century servants to the employees. No respect to age and seniority. Employee benefits and leaves are only on paper.

Dislikes

Top management exhibits several behaviour that can be termed as toxic. These includes use of aggressive and disrespectful language and creating the atmosphere of fear and intimidation. Such behaviour not only undermines the morale and motivation of the team but also hinders open communication and collaboration. Toxic behaviour from the top management have the profound impact on the team dynamics and productivity.
