Nothing except some employees who are ready to help you

1. The Directors 2. The disregard and misbehavior towards employees, especially female employees 3. Use of slangs towards employees and then justifying that it was employee's fault and hence usage of slangs can teach them the right thing 4. Excessive office politics without any reasons and fruitful results. This only makes them cheap and they don't get anything out of it 5. Some backbone less people 6. Breaking of all the existing Laws of India 7. The late salary disbursement. I meant very late (most of the time it's between 12 to 23). So if someone is ready to work for free without expecting their salaries then please go for it....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
