System of Store management should be implement. Software of Baan was not showing proper reports I suggest kindly use Ax(Dynamics) of Microsoft. It is best for supply chain reports and daily activities. No job safety during third party and contractual bad experience.

MD interferes in day to day operations of the company. All retired people are sitting on the top posts. The appraisal methodology is very vague.
