For me (12 Yrs in site construction) over all was better. some senior from HO underestimate the knowledge and experience of site person due to personnel Ego which need to avoid. sequential supply of material need to improve to reduce project completion time and last movement haphazard working.

Work Details

During my work journey, I did so many projects as site Incharge even though senior rank person was present at site. I given so many suggestion to HO for modification in drawing. My 99% suggestion was permitted by Design against SAR also.
