training and skills development is zero. (Showcase only). 6 day working, abd expecte fir Sunday too. No work from home or 5 day opportunity even for office employees. Discrimination between permanent and contract employee (in salary is obvious but respect and contribution bonus should be same)

No work security. Employees can be terminated at any stage without any prior notice if they disagree onto something with the senior most employees of the company. Deputy General Manager is being remote controlled by Senior Managers, Vice President etc., and he doesn't have any say in any matter.

The goal and a clear view for future is missing. No vision for future technology. Company invests a lot on consultants but the employees are unwilling to implement the learnings. MD interferes in day to day operations of the company. All retired people are sitting on the top posts. The appraisal methodology is very vague.
