1) Frontline workers getting more salary than management staffs 2) Working hours for management staffs 9 am to 7.30 pm Mon to Sat. For frontline workers 8.30 am to 5pm only. 3) MD Shivakumaran will come around 1 pm and he will leave around 7.30 pm till 7.30 management staffs only need to work. 4) There is no fixed date for salary credit. 5) There is no yearly increament for management staffs, frontline workers will get yearly increament every year, month and day. 6) Last minute urgency to change the drawing 7) Heavy internel politics 8) Canteen food not good 9) No growth 10) Don't waste your life here...Read More
