since its a growing company, therefore I was able to get my hands dirty in making new processes, influencing early stage products, explore new technologies and most importantly influence direct SLT leadership and help them to build the teams. These are not things you get in a company of a larger size - only get it in a company which is trying to figure itself out.

If i start with job security its zero, if you are valuable in views of management than you will get retained otherwise you will be kicked out of the company. No appraisal’s on time. Only lickable employee’s gets retained. No work life balance. No policies. Company suck’s. Even AVP and Director’s job’s are not secured. Worst company to work.
