There is no like about this company

Managers need to grow the bone here...all are management chamcha simply they say I m working for my team and all bulshit stories but when you need them they simply give hand. Continuously Layoff that too with in 15 mins employee are removed. From past 5 years no appraisal happened. No indian holidays overall u will get 6 holidays thatsall. Only chamcha people can survive here...please sit in home if no job but do not join here otherwise life will be completely screwed up....Read More

If i start with job security its zero, if you are valuable in views of management than you will get retained otherwise you will be kicked out of the company. No appraisal’s on time. Only lickable employee’s gets retained. No work life balance. No policies. Company suck’s. Even AVP and Director’s job’s are not secured. Worst company to work. HR’s work is been done by the employee . They evern dont know what needs to be done. Getting paid which is of no use....Read More
