Iron Systems has pathetic work place with zero employee friendly environment. It neither follows US calendar nor Indian which means you will be working all time. They have HR team of 3 people. Forget about if your issue will be address. If you have a offer please say No immediately!!

There is nothing significant to mention word 'LIKE', to the scenario in Iron Systems

If anyone don't have criteria with job security then must consider it, company severely lacks job security (asked to leave company with in 6 month) which gives feeling vulnerable and uncertain about future. No training for new joiners or any kind of support, just handover in front of client. Iron System using big client name to lure for hiring candidates.
