Just the coworker I have the privilege to work with that kept the company in Edison iron mountain doors open and it not Randy or mike

The lack of communication from Randy the manager and the misinformation from supervisors that had no clue what was going on and the I don’t care bout my employees safety.they don’t care if you quit or stay it the lack of loyalty from management and supervisor everyone out for there self never worrying bout the warehouse employees and the pay was horrible for what they expecting you to do for $17

Work life balance for leadership needs to be take care of. Since it is a data management company, implications on data destruction can be fatal. Should be very very careful in each transaction falling the which can lead to serious implications on the job, anyday and anytime. No compromises there.

Good company but less salary less perks even if told to the authorities there is no understanding. I joined here in 2017 as a supervisor and till date no offers have been given to me. I am still in the same position. I will contribute all the time but no good salary and no good increment.
