Less on-site opportunities Client-calls happening at late evening (its not about IRIS but still we are working with Client, its affecting us)

Work life balance, managers are not good, client is very hectic and rude. Every day long hour stretch minimum 12 to 14 hours. Not q good company to work, hr is not responding on time. Insurance and finance is not good

At start I thought it is a big company n job will be safe but no job security is here.

When will be company fired no idea, without any reason.Cleared two mock interviews & waiting for client interview they fired me just before the probation is going to complete.They loudly says work life is safe here but 👎.I personally wrote all the matter to the owner of Iris Mr. Anil Apte but he didn't hear my problem n fired me without any cause.
