Shame on these people and their management authority. First they hire you ( talking about my colleagues whom they have fired) and then they will fire you. Ask that CEO, if has he ever disclosed in a town hall meeting how many people HR has fired on the same day and the answer is No. When I joined had a cool and knowledgeable managerwho knew his work and was good too. But, they merged a good team with no future team and made a side road pasta type of team. And, they promote an unskilled person to the director position who has no knowledge about the work except micro-management and favors the favorites. Wish I had never joined this scam company. And yes, they charge clients for Indian employee's work hours in dollars but in reality, it is not true. they are running a scam company....Read More

Huh!!!! There is nothing to like, iQuanti has turned out to be one of the most toxic agencies that exist these days. They were better as earlier people used to tell, now they are horrible
-Politics -No work life balance, you are supposed to be available from 11am to 1am & that is the norm. -People are insensitive to the personal issue - They are highly understaffed, every person is pushing to their limits - Favouritism is playes, some people have been given permanent WFH while others have to struggle for 2 weeks work from home - Worst company, Worst Leadership

No work and no supervision, you can enjoy your time.
EMs are managers for namesake. They don't have any experience in managing ppl nor client. No one helps others and seniors members in the company act like Gods. Its a horrible experience for a new joiner. There is salary disparity, one guy with 5 yrs exp get EM/AEM with 30L and other with 10 yr exp gets Lead Analyst role. Only those who speak good English are given importance while others with skill and knowledge are undermined. SLT including CEO have connects every now and then and wasre everyone's time. No concrete messages and no follow-up actions just non sense. There are layoffs without notice, folks who are doing well were asked to leave and non performers retained. People were let go before performance appraisal process Quoting performance issues. Excess hiring from colleges were done and then MBAs, BBAs, BEs after training were let go without notice. EMs who are supposed to evaluate team are not knowing the process and they do not provide feedback. There is no documentation of processes and ppl have to rely on seniors for the same. Poor resource management, incapable and poorly educated directors some lack basic communication and decision making skills, too much favouritism and politics, inhuman and exploitative treatment of employees like slave labour, need to stretch hours everyday, 15 year old company still not stable, no long term strategy only focused on short term revenue, old employees act like they own the company but do no work, those hired from outside are treated like garbage, more than 30 people quit in less than 1 year. Their over ambitious sales target, knowing that they will again miss it by miles. Their confidence in projection sales target is commendable.
People from engagement and delivery team were promoted to sales, where they failed miserably in identifying the requirements of the customers and end up protecting huge sales pipeline. Rather they should be suitable for a SME role in closing the deal. Plus people from non sales background heading the sales is itself a recipe for a disaster.
