Iquanti is extremely transparent about everything as well as the culture is more collaborative than the high hierarchy level. Work-life balance is very good as well as most managers are very compassionate and understanding which helps maintain a normal life outside work. Also, in data science, I get to work with cutting-edge technologies which give great work satisfaction.
