Huh!!!! There is nothing to like, iQuanti has turned out to be one of the most toxic agencies that exist these days. They were better as earlier people used to tell, now they are horrible

Dislikes

-Politics -No work life balance, you are supposed to be available from 11am to 1am & that is the norm. -People are insensitive to the personal issue - They are highly understaffed, every person is pushing to their limits - Favouritism is playes, some people have been given permanent WFH while others have to struggle for 2 weeks work from home - Worst company, Worst Leadership

Work culture is really bad.. no R&R is set for any position anyone. The expectation are not set right, no timely feedback or reviews are done by higher management They just support the homegrown and people hired from outside no matter how skilled they possess are treated like outsider Any sort of client requests are entertained be it logical or illogical, the higher management never tries to make the client understand the real problem or educate them about the problem There are so many loopholes to be fixed from the top to the bottom...Read More
