Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? till the Time Mr Gupta and Mr Singh will be in charge, it cant be a professional place. its a personal home kind atmosphere where these people only concerned abt their own benifits. the worst organisation i work in my 11yrs of experience. specially the bhm dept.
