DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY & RUIN YOUR CAREER
You'll gain no learning from joining this vulture firm.
Nothing in I-PAC is likable. There's no job security, working 24*7 on weekends, toxic work culture, ambiguous HR policies which I-PAC uses to fire anyone at anytime they want.
Dislikes
I-PAC recently fired 85% of its workforce and I was one of them. After months of effort I had put in the West Bengal campaign, this is how company compensated us. There is not any off on Sundays too. Forget your work-life balance once you join this company. So toxic work culture that only bootlickers of their bosses are able to keep their place in the organisation.

Work Details
There will not be any day off, not even on Sundays. You'll have to work continuously from the time you join the organisation to the election campaign gets over. It will lead to excessive burnout and will severely impact your mental health.
