The working hours make make it difficult for one to make its both ends meet. Sometimes ground level work make it more difficult for one to make it up for ones personal life. For communication purpose Mobile phones are not allowed on ground level which makes it even worse. Manpower is not enough on ground level. Just like a coin IOL has both sides good ones and bad ones.

Only canteen food else here is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too much. During office closing time , seniors told to make list of work. During rest day co works call you for routine work. When you ask for leave number of work will count you. Every time work emergency is routine work here. In maintenance department after duty hours you should attend the company phone.
