- Nicely arranged canteen facilities for employees with sumptuous meal. - QA & QC department are quite supportive with prompt responses. - “One manager one region” is quite effective to take proper care of customers.

Recently there are too much of internal local politics in the management which has ruined the teamwork. I wish, IOL will ponder upon its HR policies and correct its path to come on track again with more vigor soon.
