Likes

Management in Hyderabad business unit is good but work side still there is vendor management style even it’s product based firm like client is onshore and offshore business units treated as support work

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Don’t have products or buy side work side environment instead work like any third party operation model

Skill development - Bad
Promotions - Poor
