Only work life balance is good. Freshers should not consider this company because it's very slow paced and it just makes people lazy.

The management at India office is terrible. Lots of favouritism and promotion is given only to those who do a*sli*king. HR business partners won't listen to the employees and supports the management, so no use reaching out to them too.
