They are not supportive at all.I had resigned and was serving my notice period.With more than a month left and was actively involved in my work.Helping my subordinates,taking responsibility of my deliverables and working towards its completion. Suddenly the HR called & ask me to leave after 2 days when all of us are facing COVID-19 crisis.I requested them to let me complete my Notice period but where very much adamant and they did not wanted me to serve any longer.If it would have been a normal life w/o COVID-19 they would have make me work for 90 days.I did not request for early release.Care is their core value and is just in the speeches of the CEO.Not on the floor.I needed the job to continue for my full Notice period.It was kind of layoff that they did....Read More
