Absolutely nothing. Worked for 5 years at Invenio and I admire nothing about this, my bad.

Dislikes

Playing with people's career. HR Recruiters will specifically target fresher college graduates, will exploit them making them work 12 hours per day and then comes the minimal wage with special 5 year not so "bond" policy so if you choose to quit the job, you are fcccked and so is your career, so you are just stuck with the absolutely nothing.

Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Company culture is not good, specially people from certain location get preference on projects and onsite opportunities and also there very less or no transparency and you have to face lot partiality most of time. Hike is also good for certain people only and this is happening for long time now. Higher management knows most of these issues but dont bother to take any actions.
