Salary structure is good but salary is never came on time. (Always issues of Funds) career growth is slow. No increments and incentives. Allowance never came on time. Final settlement takes time of more than 1 year. PF is deducted but they didnot pay/submit to PF account

Good supportive colleagues. Good working time (like school timing) but not flexible. Maintaining Punctuality in working time and hours.

There is no job security. The job will lost anytime and not supportive management except the owner of the company. There is no incentive for extra work and no increment in proper time and it's very less also.

The only thing I like about working at iNurture is that I can manage my timing as per my class schedule (if you are a consultant/ visiting faculty only). The HR dept lacks clear communication with academic faculty. The contractual policies are not clearly written, the emoluments are average & the yearly hike is too less. Its a blend of corporate & academic culture.
