They don't have money to pay salaries. My FNF is still pending ....it has been 3+ months since my last working day. When I was working my 2 months salary was already pending. Very terrible company.

1. No support system from HO if you have any issue from the client. 2. Irregular payment system. 3. No responses from HR whenever you raise any query. 4. Clerical work is huge (have to prepare separate documents for a single work) 5. No work life balance (forced to work even after the working hours) 6. Blame game politics even in a single team. 7. High employee turnover ratio. 8. Delays in hiring new employees and till than the existing employee has to take over all the responsibilities. 9. No recognition for the hard work. Webinars at regular intervals which provides opportunity to interact with the teachers across India and to understand new concepts of teaching and learning. 3. Teaching is not only limited to classroom lectures but also involves case studies and industry immersion programs. 4. Regular feedback from the vertical head which helps to grow yourself. 5. The colleagues come from different part of the country. 6. As a teacher we get the opportunity to visit to the different universities where iNurture is a collaborative partner to learn. 7.
