• Managing student discipline and learning experience.
• To ensure coverage of Syllabus as per university standards from all faculty members.
• Managing the Submission of TLP plan, IDP plan and other university document - on Time from all faculty members.
• Innovation & Development in pedagogy.
• Research including regular publication in approved journals.
• Create excellent student learning experience.
• Provide reports to university and vertical head as and when required.

Qualification:

UG: B.Com / BBA
PG: MBA
Ph.D - Commerce / Management (Mandate for Coimbatore, Mangalore, Pune and Bangalore locations)

Experience:

2+ years of experience in teaching in Universities/Colleges.
