After six months ,I left the company due to internal politics, they didn't even issue an experience letter/ relieving letter,they deducted some amount in the name of pf everymonth, and didn't give a single penny back,called many times & sent tons of mails to hr ,supervisor & manager.NO one responded. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
