No security for women employees Forcefully reviews taken by employees to get the best place to work tag Not a good culture No transperancy No proper HR polies for women safety No personal life Very unprofessional work environment So many frauds found by the higher authorities and also taken to the HR notice but no actions been taken against it. In total not a good place to work at all

Job security is good. Work culture is depends on which university you are sitting. Company policies are existed only on papers, not in real

No training support from HR, basically in sales you have to deal with admissions, but they never provide any sales support, no promotion material, after half admission season, brochure will be finalize. They declare a plan for incentives but NEVER provide to anyone. In the past three years sometime they deducted 25% salary, sometime50%. SALARY never came on time and nobodies knows when they disbursed. HR never replies on mails. No diwali gifts, no travel claim. always make FALSE Promises...Read More
