There is nothing good in this company. A prolonged salary issue is going on for the past 2 years. Management always deals with false commitments. They are giving part salary and not even giving on time. They don't think about employees who are working in universities. The employees working in universities are facing too many problems nowadays. Even the smallest and new companies are raising funds but nobody is ready to provide any funds to inurture. Beware of their fake recruitment scams. These people will hire you with 30-40% hike and then pay nothing. Only good for jobless people.

Bad Avoid working under sujay nair. at inurture, he active as CAO. All the works of SME and Academic head, he's selling outside as an academic advisor for lump amounts (personal use). Technically he knows nothing, And outdated guy!

If that employee left job because of frustration then they won't pay you your remaining amount. They will hire new people. They are playing games with employees career.
