I like about the latest cutting edge technology available in the facility to learn about manufacturing and also contribute towards the company. Since IAMPL produces products for Civil aerospace engines, work is challenging

So many politics in company , team mates are superb and approachable , job security is doudtful for a fresher

The way they treat engineers even when they are freshers , correct work is not given to freshers to get some knowledge all maintanence stuff cleaning parts this kind of job is given to engineers from which no knowledge can be gained

I can only say that they treat new engineers as nothing and they give task or assign you to non technical department where you don't get to learn anything , only thing you will get to know is how to clean a newly made part or how to do stickering on floor.
