There is nothing to dislike but still the work pressure is more then expected. In a positive way it will help you get more experienced and prominent towards work and help you in future.

Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like employee re-hire policy here.

Sometimes work pressure is high, We have to attend the Client Calls and work in the mid night this is some times happened in the work environment. The Work Life balance is good, Team mates are good to cooperation of the work.

It may sound bias, but no it is not at all. I joined Intelgic in the month of February 2022. I felt safe on the first day itself with the on-boarding experience. Colleagues, Juniors, Seniors & even the Company Owner greeted me with open arms. Slowly i started learning about the work culture, it is rather a family more than Office.
