Very slow growth. Even if you get promoted you will get your designation on paper in the next financial year. Talking about Team Everest, the mangement is so scared of the client. If client says 1+1=3, then these people do not have guts to say it's wrong. Every month there are new processes/rules come in. The new rules are not communicated to employees fully, but mangement expects everyone to follow it strictly. Undeserving people are being promoted. Integreon, as a company is good, Team Everest is a mess. No streamlined process. Vision-less management. Too much micromanagement. Forced overtime for entry level employees. Leaves are not managed properly. They need a complete makeover/reconstruction. The attrition rate is high bcz of this. One good thing is team-mates are good. On a personal level, every manager is very humble and nice. When it comes to professional, it's worst....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
