There is no job security, when the company didn't get the workload from USA clients due to the fault of higher authority(CEO,DIRECTOR) of the company the fine will imposed on lower designated team members inform of their job loss.Finally they taught me the difference between private job and government job.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

I work here and I gave my 100% time and quality of work but they don't appreciate your work. And they didn't gave me any opportunities whenever they want they cancelled the contract without notifying you.
